Boiler & Heat Pump Breakdowns and Repairs

We understand when your heating and/or hot-water fails it can be a massive inconvenience as well as the worry and stress regarding the cost of the repairs, that is why we offer clear, up front pricing with no “hidden extra’s”. We charge a diagnostics/fault finding/leak detection fee from £85.00 (for up to an hour – most faults can be found with in this time), and if it is a fault we can fix there and then with stocked parts from our vans, with in this hour, there will only be the parts to pay for, of which we would advise you of the cost before proceeding.

If it is a fault that requires parts that are stocked at the merchants or needs ordering in (usually next-day if before 3pm), we will price these up plus any additional time needed to collect and fit the parts (or to return and fit next day if parts are to be ordered), and advise you of this for approval before continuing.

As stated above our minimum charge is £85.00 and this covers you for up to the first hour, additional time is then calculated per 15 minutes instead of charging you a full, extra hour as some companies may, but we will always seek your approval before we carry out any work that will incur costs over the initial fee.
